For some reason I remember this Venkat80 got his GC approved. If he is the same guy and playing with our emotions then this guy must be banned right away from IV. Otherwise I am sorry..

Actually it is 3 seperate images all of which are .png images with transparency, all which use A/S. You are right though, they are small images and it is a small flash movie. I guess with something bigger it wouldn't be a good idea.

I think you are in H1 status now. When your Passport is stamped with H4 then your status will be changed to H4. If you want to work again then you need to change again to H1 with change of status
I have H1 approval I-797 with me (received in last year quota) and H4 approval (which was applied before applying H1). Now I have a family emergency back home. I have to travel asap. My current H4 stamp in the passport is expired. So I have to go for stamping, either it be using H1 or using H4. Since I am unemployed at present I can't use H1 for stamping. If I come back on H4, what will happen to my H1 status? Will it be still valid to accept an employment or becomes void.
Please share your thoughts...

I think if 5000 people from EB3 India with PD in 2007 moved to EB2, then that means 5000 people are reduced from the EB3 India queue?
The fact is those 5000 people are not in the begining of the line. So you don't see date movement for EB3.

Rajiv did you have a loan with ICICI bank and would you please explain how big part of the payment you made that drastically reduced your payment to Rs 1200.

When you make part payment you can request to keep either EMI same( reduce duration of loan) which is default or reduce EMI ( keep duration same). You can make 2 part payments. First one pay big amount and ask them to reduce EMI. Your EMI should go very low as length of loan is same.Make second part payment and then ask them to keep the EMI same. On second one if you keep balance in loan = 13 * EMI, you can best benefit !!

I dont have any changes to status when I check my 485 case status online but today in the mail i received I797c notice welcoming me as a premenant residence. I am a bit hesitant to celebrate, but am I seeing green?:o

Since on 2nd July they said they will reject the AOS application, what if they would have done some rejection during that time, and by the time July filers get their application back, it is after 17th of August. In that circumstance, can you send the AOS application back arguing USCIS's mistake and ask them to take it back after 08/17 and would they take it back politely or reject it again.

Following up on my original post, NRIs flying in to India from swine flu-affected countries are not only being screened at the airports, teams of doctors are even going to their homes (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Swine-flu-reaches-India/articleshow/4465683.cms) to do additional check-ups. What do you mean by "future employment category peoples"?- is not everybody getting employment based GC a "future employment category people"? Or is there anything diffrenet in the way you apply?

My lawyer asked for separate checks for each application.. FP is always added to I-485 fees.. But since they issued EAD receipt for you and spouse, that means definitely 2 485s... Guess you need to wait for the receipts to get the missing receipt # or you can call USCIS...
